CA DUI Arrestee Update on the Law

~
The California DMV has announced that they will not allow you a license hearing, at all, unless you make your hearing request within the first 10 days after arrest. These are calendar days, not court days.
~
You (or your attorney) are required to fax or mail them a letter demanding a hearing, demanding the "discovery" from your incident, and demanding they issue the proper subpoenas for you to serve on your witnesses.
