     According to police, 45-year-old Steven A. Wilbur of Millbury was a passenger in Lavendier's vehicle, and officers took him home after determining he was intoxicated.
     However, police said Wilbur drove to the police station shortly after 3:15 a.m. to pick up Lavendier, so he was arrested for OUI in the lobby of the station.
