DID THE COPS BLOW IT?

George Michael, 46, was held on suspicion of driving under the influence of drink and drugs and was released after five hours - he was found at the scene of a collision w/ another vehicle. No one was injured.

Alexandria Police Chief David P. Baker undid his 40 year law enforcment career after his DUI arrest July 25, 2009 where he crashed into another vehicle causing injury to the other driver. Police alledge he failed 4 field sobriety tests and his blood alcohol level was .19%.

"I really think I'm only borderline and not too drunk."

"Sorry, I didn't see the red light or your stopped car."

"I had three drinks at the Fontainebleau."

"The only mistake I made tonight was drinking Benadryl with 3 glasses of wine."

I refuse the test.

Joyce DeWitt, of Three's Company fame, was arrested in El Segunda, CA for DUI on July 4, 2009. She evidently drove around a baracade at a park and police contacted her noting objective symptoms of alcohol intoxication.
